What you can expect from us and what we expect from you. After completing and finalizing the domain name registration and hosting account setup (if necessary), this is a list of our expectations:

What you will provide to us:

• A complete outline of the web pages you have chosen to be included in your website.
• The names of the links (how you want them to read) to other sections of your website, as well as the pages located within them (each section).
• The title of each website page (i.e. what will display at the top of the website browser).
• A copy of your logo in the appropriate digital format (scanned image will not work).
• Photos/Images/Graphics for each page in the appropriate digital format. Graphics or images that require any extensive digital modifications/touch-ups will be charged at an hourly rate.
• Complete list of keywords that you have researched and decided are the most appropriate for use in your website. As always, we can assist you with this on a consultation level.
• It is extremely important that these material are submitted to Html Productions Inc. in a timely manner or any and all agreed upon timelines.

We realize that to some this list may be a bit overwhelming if you have never had to complete any of these tasks. Due to this, if assistance is needed we are able to take care of any of the listed items above at an hourly rate.

What you can expect from us:

• Custom and unique design and layout, complete with excellent HTML coding and proper functionality.
• Custom website graphics that accent your website and make it unique and visually appealing, as well as proper use of your logo.
• Up to 1 hour of free consultation service. Everything after will be identified as an additional consulting service and will be billed at an hourly rate.
• We will complete all required work expeditiously in a time frame that both of us agree to. .
• Once final payment is received and the website has been tested on our testing server, we will upload your website to your hosting server and make it live on the internet.
• Any maintenance (including content additions/updates) are available as a separate one-time or monthly maintenance contract.
• Customer service delivered with excellence and attention to detail.
